JoAnn Blumenthal, LMHC, BCN, Senior Fellow
Biofeedback Center of Florida

JoAnn Blumenthal holds a Master’s Degree from Chestnut Hill College in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania,   and a Master’s Degree  from the California School of Professional Psychology. She is a Licensed Psychotherapist, (FL MH-6707) and holds her BCIA-EEG biofeedback certification. Ms. Blumenthal has extensive training in Alpha-Stim Technology and is one of the leading Authorized Distributors.  She also has over 14 years of experience as a coach and counselor working with adults, adolescents and children. Ms. Blumenthal takes a cognitive behavioral approach and uses Alpha-Stim technology, biofeedback and neurofeedback modalities to help all her clients. Her special areas of interest and experience are; anxiety, depression, sleep disorders, pain management, stress management, migraines/tension headaches, ADD/ADHD, family therapy, adolescent issues, and counseling/coaching with children, and adults.

 

Ms. Blumenthal is the creator and moderator of the Clinical Neurofeedback Exchange, a group of 450 professionals in the fields of medicine, psychology, Alpha-Stim technology biofeedback and neurofeedback. She has a remarkable rapport with her patients, and is dedicated to helping individuals lead healthy, happy and successful lives.

Our center is located in a three-story glass building at 4933 N. Tamiami Trail N., Suite 200, Naples, FL 34103.
 

Directions to Office

From Pine Ridge, proceed South on 41 for 0.2 miles - past Hilton, Norris Home Furnishings, and Liberty Plaza shopping center. 

Stay in the right lane and turn right into the driveway for BNY Mellon. 

Our building is located just behind the bank. 

Park and go to the second floor, suite 200. 
 

You will see 'Psychological Services' on the lobby marquee. However, you will find JoAnn Blumenthal's name on her office door.

Lindsay Benezra, Physical Therapist Assistant/Personal Trainer/Health Coach

Lindsay brings over 20 years of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant, with a profound focus on enhancing balance, stability, and mobility. Inspired by her personal journey of losing over 50 lbs two decades ago, she transitioned into health coaching and immersed herself in training for various athletic events, including 5Ks, 10Ks, half-marathons, and OCRs.

 

Lindsay holds a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion from Florida Atlantic University and remains steadfast in her commitment to ongoing education and professional development. Her passion for health and wellness has driven her to acquire certifications in Personal Training, Health Coaching, ISSA Certified Nutrition Coaching, and most recently, as a Corrective Exercise Specialist. She is constantly taking classes and expanding her knowledge to enhance her clients’ lifestyles.

 

Lindsay’s expertise extends beyond conventional physical therapy assisting, with a strong emphasis on injury prevention and recovery techniques aimed at enhancing performance and promoting general functional mobility. 

 

In addition to her professional endeavors, Lindsay has made significant contributions to the Parkinson’s Research Foundation. She created and instructed group and one-on-one exercise programs, spoke at conventions about proper footwear, proper technique with assistive devices, and strategies for daily activities. She participated in walks to raise awareness and funds for research and instructed classes on cruises focusing on flexibility, balance, and mobility. Lindsay also incorporated boxing into her programs and witnessed an enormous benefit, from mental toughness to balance recover

Jasmine, Massage Therapist

Jasmine embarked on her massage therapy career after graduating from Florida Career College in 2007 on the East Coast of Florida. Over the past 17 years, she has refined her skills in a variety of settings, including luxury resorts, country clubs, chiropractic offices, and medical spas. Jasmine’s specialties include Swedish, Deep Tissue, sports massage, and therapeutic stretching, making her a versatile practitioner capable of addressing a wide range of client needs.

 

Her expertise also extends to treating specific conditions such as Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and Fibromyalgia and providing medical massage for the thoracic and lower extremities. Jasmine’s journey has not only allowed her to develop a comprehensive skill set but also to meet incredible people and help them on their path to feeling better. Now, she looks forward to sharing and expanding her experience with clients in South West Florida, continuing to make a positive impact on their lives.

Dayana’s journey in the world of massage therapy began when she graduated from Florida Career College in Miami FL, in 2010. With over 13 years of practice, Dayana has cultivated a profound love for her work, driven by the positive changes she witnesses in her clients. For Dayana, the ultimate reward comes from seeing her clients enjoy less pain, better range and motion, and improved daily mobility— a testament to the power of her healing touch.

 

Throughout her career, Dayana has built strong, trust-based relationships with her clients, many of whom have been so satisfied with their results that they’ve referred their spouses to her care. This level of client satisfaction speaks volumes about Dayana’s expertise and her compassionate approach to massage therapy.
